Emma is a PhD Researcher at Cranfield University. Her research is in Wire + Arc Additive Manufacturing of novel high temperature nickel superalloys, sponsored by the Ministry of Defence and Department of Defense. Emma received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University (USU) in 2020. While there, she participated in research on vibration-based high speed fatigue testing in USU’s Mechanics at Extreme Temperatures lab, in collaboration with the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL).
